Breese Hall


Name


Namesake: John A. Breese

Breese was chairman of the Music Department and the school's band leader. He wrote the music for the first Alma Mater and the music and words for Hail Titans.

History


Breese Hall was the fourth dorm built on campus.  Along with Clemans and Nelson Hall, Breese Hall was part of the "NBC Dorms" that shared a central green space, parking lot and frequently joint programming for residents.  It was demolished in 2010 for the building of Horizon Village.
