Gail Floether Steinhilber


Biography


Gail Floether Steinhilber was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and received her BA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and her MS from the University of Wisconsin Madison. She worked as the Fine Arts Director at Reeve Union from 1966-1996. She aquired the permanent collection of art housed in Reeve Union's art gallery, which is named in her honor. She is known for her work with metals but the gallery's collection features a selection of her watercolors and prints.
