| Divorce, Civil Case, Probate Case File | $20.00 | case | In those cases in which reproductions are requested, and a full citation is easily available (provided by the patron OR by the UWO ARC) by use of an available index, a single $20 service charge will be imposed. This covers reproduction of the full case file regardless of length. Search and order MANY of our court records using the Genealogy Records Index. Use this ORDER form to request records from collections not yet indexed. |

Sustained research is defined as the activity needed to discover information beyond searching individual indexes to find citations. It involves reviewing records for content, cross referencing other sources, etc. It is distinguished from simple "reference" which is defined as "the provision of general information about holdings, simple facts, agency hours and services". Reference services are free. Included in this $30 are the first 20 pages of any digital images / photocopies that are requested. After that a charge of $0.25 per page will be imposed. Fees for copies of audio and video recordings will vary depending on the charges the library incurs from UW Oshkosh media staff or external vendors. Cost to the patron will be the total of those charges plus any sustained research charges incurred. |
