Bill Bukowski

William "Bill" Bukowski was born and raised in Wisconsin Rapids. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh for three years before transferring to Mankato State University, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree. He continued his education at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, receiving his Master of Fine Arts. After 40 years of teaching Art at Bethany University in Mankato, Minnesota, Bill retired. While attending the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, Bill worked with the Advance Titan, the student newspaper, mainly as the artist of Augmento and provided other illustrations. While working on Augmento, he worked with Mark Gruenwald, who helped develop the comic.
